Belgium Beers

A unique Marriage between the English Traditional of IPA's, the new American revolution of Imperial IPA's and the classic Belgian way of brewing

Launched on Dec 26th 1989used three different kinds of yeast. Its very original packing which resembles cologne ceramics and the colourfull label contribute to its success.

It is one of the strongest and most exciting beers in the world. After a lengthy maturing and conditioning,it is bottled unfiltered, giving a beer which is rich in vitamins and 100% natural

This traditional wit bier has been developed under supervision of the father of Hoegaarden and Celis White, master brewer Pierre Celis.This beer has been bottle fermented which lent it its specific taste.

This name became a reference. This beer is mostly pointed out with its product name " a Paterke" This Parerke is a chestnut coloured dark beer with a high fermentation 6.7% and a full taste.

Its taste, which imparts a silky sensation to the tongue, is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness

Its flavour, noticed when tasting it, only accentuates the pleasant sensations
perceived in the aroma , while revealing a light but pleasant touch of roasted malt
 
Duvel is dutch for devil and this beer is devilishly delightful with its golden
colourings and silky taste with complex aromas

A Belgian style Pale Ale, with a crisp golden pour every time

Pours a hazy yellow colour with a thin white head. Aroma is Belgian with some citrus and malt notes. Realy crisp body with some nice fruity spicy hints

La Chouffe 8% (75cl)                                                                                 €12.75

La Chouffe is an unfiltered blonde beer, which is re fermented in the bottle as well as in the keg. It is pleasently fruity, spiced with corriander and with a light hop taste

Luxurious malt and toffee giving way to mellow oak with vanilla overtones.
Balanced by the orange peel citrus character. Warming

Bottled with approx 1/3 rd less Carbon Dioxide.This results in a fresher more natural tasting beer. Combines Hallertau Hersbrucker with Challanger. Late hopped with Styrian Goldings, giving a lemony sharpness

Pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a white head that does not last long. Hoppy nose has notes of lemon, grapefruit, passionfruit, malt and pine. 

England

Full flavoured premium bitter, with a rich fruity aroma. It is brewed with many
generous handfuls of choice Golding hops giving a bittersweet malty taste, followed
by Black Sheep' characteristic long, dry and bitter finish
 

Tropically fruity; its ripe banana flavour, emphasised by a hint of bitterness, comes
from the addition of real fair trade bananas and finishes with an emphatic, steely dryness
 

Amber beer with a touch of honey on the nose and palate. The sweetness is balanced by a healthy dose of hops to provide the bitterness that gives a wonderfull delicate flavour
 

A liquor like beer, ESB is well-balanced with both hop and malt characters. The hops
provide distinct cooked fruit flavors while the malt adds treacle, nut and vanilla flavors
 

On the taste, caramel and butterscotch notes initially dominate, but the zesty,
grapefruit flavors derived from the hops leave a tingle on the tongue

Germany

A fantastic equivalent to the Hefe version of this great beer. The name Kristal refers
to the fact that this is a filtered version of the  traditional wheat beer
 

This is a gem, it tastes just like a great  beer should but has 0% alcohol.
This is even reported to be used as a sports drink in Germany! No joke
 

This is a darkest of the Erdinger range and comes highly recommended by most
 

Golden in color with a well-balanced hop-flavor. The full rounded body is a
superb balance between hops and a malty sweetness
 

Smooth with a drying lemon/apple fruitiness and almost almond notes. Hint
of appropriate sourness
 

Its cloudy appearance and refreshingly crisp taste, offset with a delicate hoppy
