About Us
It all began when, Jason O’Connell (a food and beverage director for over ten years) and Niall Walsh (an internationally travelled chef) met in Dublin and over a pint realised that they had a shared vision for developing a more interesting and different experience for what seemed a somewhat standard template for the Irish Pub experience.
Their vision was to bring a wider range of domestic and international beers, educated wine selections and food that was clever in its creation and excellent to the taste. All executed on foundation of exceptional service standards, genuine friendliness, imaginative food and drink and most importantly surprisingly good value for money.
